Koshur Saal- Revisiting the culinary legacy of Kashmiri Pandits

 Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar is hosting “Koshur Saal” once again with Mrs. Rajni Jinsi. The food festival is on till 25th February. She would like to invite you for a Kashmiri Pandit culinary journey, specially curated at Café on 3. We have been hosting this festival since 2017.

About Mrs.Jinsi:

She was born in Anantnag in the legendary family of Vessus and was initiated towards various aspects of Kashmiri Cooking mainly due to the influence of her mother. She keeps her passion for cuisine alive by cooking for family and friends in the community. Few dishes that one can relish are Dum aloo, Nadru yakhni, Matsch, Paneer kaliyan, Kabargah, Rogan Josh, Haakh and many more. Festival has cyclic menu which is a part of Dinner buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian option.

We look forward to meeting you at Café on 3 from February 16th to 25th and hope that her present work will revive the taste buds of younger generation and introduce Kashmiri Pandit cuisine to wider cross section of people.
