Kunal Rawal has co-created a limited edition menu featuring some of his favourite dishes from the outpost across time like the Avocado and Passion Fruit Salad, a refreshing mix of Belgium endive, arugula, buttery avocado, and crunchy macadamia nuts with plum and passion fruit dressing, offering a delightful blend of textures and flavours. Deep-Fried Prawn and Kumquat present succulent prawns deep-fried to a crispy exterior, complemented by citrusy brightness from kumquat and mango tossed in herbed honey. Edamame and Bean Fried Rice infused with lemongrass, kaffir, galangal, and Asian chillies, and the Soba Noodle and Tofu Pot featuring yam, lotus root, water chestnut, and scallion, reflect his love for tangy, nutty, and aromatic culinary experiences.
