India, 25th April 2022: Lavazza, the Italian brand that is among the world’s leading coffee roasters, will join the AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair which will take place from April 26th to April 30th in Delhi, India.
Lavazza will have a 60-square-meter booth, where they will display a variety of professional equipment suitable to be used in a coffee shop or a hotel. They will present semi-automatic machines like the Aurelia Wave T3, La Cimbali Undici and Appia Life 2 group on display, as well as automatic machines like the Carimali Optima Soft Plus, Prontobar Touch, Microbar and more. For hoteliers searching for the ultimate in-room coffee option, the Lavazza Blue Capsule Machine collection, notably the LB 300, will be on exhibit. Apart from the equipment, it will be displaying their B2B coffee bean selection as well as its La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Collection of sustainable coffee blends.
In addition, Lavazza will have a separate training center counter where Lavazza trainers will show various coffee brewing techniques. The training center will provide and offer to the audience coffee recipes and simple hints, and will take them on a trip to discover the finest that coffee has to offer. There will be live mocks and demonstrations by trainers on how to create a great cup of coffee, as well as how to brew everything right from hot brews to the trending beverage of the season that is the cold brews.
Lavazza will present and exhibit to hoteliers a variety of mixes based on their preferences and help them to find the perfect coffee blend which goes well with the coffee pour at the hotel. It will not only be a one-stop shop for learning all about coffee, but also an experience of the real taste of coffee and machines which they can use at the hotel/coffee shops.
