Lavazza, the Italian brand that is among the world’s leading coffee roasters, brings to India a collection of sustainable coffee blends from around the world with its range of La Reserva de ¡Tierra! - Colombia, Brasile, India and the newly launched La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Selection which is an aromatic espresso with medium body and a sweet taste. La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Selection is a unique blend with a perfect balance between notes of jasmine flowers, almonds and milk chocolate that has been developed by skillfully selecting and combining Arabica from the best origins of Central and South America.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! range is a collection of the finest and sustainable coffee blends carefully designed and crafted to offer professional baristas, the unique taste experience of a coffee origin land.

Every blend contains coffee from territories and communities involved in Lavazza Foundation projects in collaboration with Rainforest Alliance (RFA) to bring coffee lovers a unique sustainable taste experience of coffee origins.

The sustainability projects objective, started in 2002, is the improvement of coffee quality and, thanks to the collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance, the development of social and living conditions and economic growth of coffee farming communities, respecting the environment. Today more than 130.000 coffee growers are involved across 19 countries in 3 continents.

Every bean is carefully selected from the coffee producing lands of India, Brazil, Colombia and Central & South America and gently roasted to bring together a perfect cup of rich and intense aroma and taste profile.

This range symbolizes Lavazza’s strong commitment to creating a sustainable approach to people and nature, with the aim of improving living and environmental conditions of coffee-producing communities, while promoting entrepreneurship and the producers’ independence.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! India

A unique premium blend of refined Indian coffees fully sourced and crafted in India. The encounter of washed Arabica with single-estate washed Robusta and the Indian specialty coffee Monsooned Malabar known for soft and mellow characteristics.

A sumptuous creamy espresso with a rich and velvety body with notes of cocoa and spices, hints of liquorice and a winey aftertaste.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! India contains coffee from Karnataka State, where Lavazza Foundation supports over 1.000 smallholder coffee farming families, promoting access to market, supporting women participation in cooperatives and encouraging the use of sustainable agricultural techniques in order to improve coffee quality.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Brasile

A round-body balanced and smooth texture espresso, with coffee from the Lambari Lavazza Foundation project plantations (Brazil). Arabica Lambari and Cereja Apassita create a sweet coffee, with notes of caramel, hazelnuts, honey and milk chocolate.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Brasile contains coffee from Lambari, Minas Gerais, where the Lavazza Foundation supports more than 35 communities of small-scale coffee farmers helping them to adopt agricultural techniques to improve coffee quality, to facilitate market access and tackle climate change.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Selection

An aromatic espresso with medium body and a sweet taste, with coffee from the Jinotega Lavazza Foundation project plantations (100% natural arabica from Brazil, Nicaragua, Honduras and Peru)

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Selection contains, among its origins, coffee from the department of Jinotega (Nicaragua), where Lavazza Foundation supports more than 25 communities of small-scale coffee farmers with dedicated training and technical assistance, promoting the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices to increase coffee quality and productivity, improving the wellbeing of farmers and local communities.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Colombia

An aromatic harmony and a mild taste highlighted by its characteristic sweetness, refined acidity and full body, with coffee from the Meta Lavazza Foundation project plantations (Colombia).

Notes of tropical fruits are accompanied by scents of lime zest and jasmine, with a mild liqueur-like aftertaste.

La Reserva de ¡Tierra! Colombia contains coffee from Meta region, where years of armed conflict have halted coffee-growing. The Lavazza Foundation supports more than 100 farming families to restore their plantations, improving coffee quality and productivity and create sustainable work conditions.
