Dessert lovers are in for a treat. Chef Sanjana Patel, Co-Founder, Creative Director and Executive Chef of La Folie, will hold an interactive, two-day French Entremets Masterclass on December 17 and 18, 2019, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm each day.
Chef Sanjana will teach participants the basics of creating stunning French entremets and the intricate layers and textures that make a good dessert, including the process of recipe formulation, which will allow guests to create their own flavours and textures at home.
Guests will learn some of La Folie’s signature entremets recipes, such as Vegan Avocado Truffle; Rouge Velour; and Madagascar. The recipes are subject to change.
This class will take place over the course of two days, on Tuesday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 9:30 am to 4 pm, each day. A light lunch and refreshments will also be served, during the course of each day. All ingredients and equipment required for the class will be provided. The class is priced at Rs. 9500 plus taxes per person and participants can book their spots on The Classroom by La Folie’s.
