Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new hotel in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh

4th November, 2022: Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, announced its latest signing – Lemon Tree Hotel, Chandausi. This property is expected to be operational by April 2024 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Located near Generation Mall, the hotel is close to the famous Clock Tower which holds a temple, a religious library and a post office within its precincts. The city is known for its vast array of temples including the stunning black Lord Shani Temple which is not only architecturally beautiful but is also an important site for devotees and pilgrims from across the country. The city is also known for producing and exporting mint oil and ghee all over the world.

The property will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a gym, meeting rooms, banquets and public areas.

Present at the signing were Mr. Mahesh Aiyer, CEO – Carnation Hotels Private Limited and Dr Arvind Kumar Gupta and Dr Arnav Gupta, representatives of the owning company, M/s Yensika Hotels LLP. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mahesh Aiyer commented, “We are delighted to expand our bouquet of hotels with a new hotel in Chandausi with our valued partner, M/s Yensika Hotels LLP. This will be our seventh property in the state, which is famous for its tourism and business potential and hosts many travellers.
