Lake View Café the serene cafe by the lake is hosting a unique food festival to empower the local women farmers who are involved with sustainable and environmentally friendly organic foods. To tap into people’s growing interest in organic products, the Lake View Café at Renaissance Mumbai is hosting a 9-day long Organic Food Festival starting from 9th March 2019.

This extensive themed organic buffet includes Jawari Pasta, Black Rice Sushi & Risotto, Wild Rice Pulao, Quinoa Salads and many more toothsome cuisines. Kick start a healthy lifestyle with this organic food festival which offers not just lip smacking delicacies but even a showcase of an elaborate array of organic products including naturally dyed fabric, jaggery, grains, seeds, bakery items and a lot more by authentic organic farmers.

While talking about this fest Chef Sahil Arora, Executive Chef at Renaissance Mumbai said, "This is our first attempt to host a festival specific to Organic food and products after noticing the increased demand for Organic dishes in the hotel. An organic festival is an ongoing endeavor to promote illustrious women’s local communities by generating employment and keeping farmers thriving, apart from encouraging an organic culture. We hope to receive an overwhelming response to this unique food festival."
