Lexicon Centre of MSME Excellence Hosted a Seminar Empowering MSMEs for Atma Nirbhar Bharat

Lexicon Centre of MSME Excellence (LCME) took a significant stride towards empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pune. Recognized as the backbone of India’s economy, the MSME sector employs approximately 124 million people across 56 million units, making it the nation’s second-largest employer, after agriculture. However, the challenges faced by these enterprises often go unnoticed.

To bridge this gap, LCME organized a seminar, “Atma Nirbhar Bharat – Empowering MSMEs for Excellence.” LCME offers a range of services, including industrial diagnostic studies, process enhancement, skill development programs, standardization, technology adoption initiatives, and collaboration facilitation.

“Empowering MSMEs is not just a necessity; it’s our responsibility. They are the backbone of our nation’s progress, and we are committed to providing them with the tools they need to thrive.”

Nasir Shaikh, Group CEO, The Lexicon Group of Institutes, EduCrack, and EasyRecruit+

Representatives from various sectors, including automobiles, tours and travel, industrial conveyor belts, HR compliance, beverages, plastics, financial, and export consultancies, participated.

The platform and the Industrial Diagnostic Studies , Consulting and collaborative efforts provided by LCME is a way towards helping MSMEs cope with these challenges and move towards becoming Profitably Sustainable. ”
