National, November 2025Glenmorangie, the renowned Highland single malt whisky brand, proudly announces the launch of the Infinita Dinner Series - a nationwide culinary journey that celebrates the artistry of pairing fine food with exceptional single malt whisky. The series is an exclusive dining experience inspired by its newly introduced Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Years Old, an exquisite expression that has garnered over 23 international awards since 2011, and continues to redefine the standards of craftsmanship and complexity in the world of whisky.

Curated in collaboration with leading Indian chefs, the Infinita Dinner Series brings together the worlds of gastronomy and whisky in a seamless dialogue of flavour and imagination. Through this series, Glenmorangie seeks to highlight how its refined single malts, especially the Infinita 18 Years Old, harmonize beautifully with the local palate. Each paired menu is thoughtfully curated to celebrate our distinct culinary preferences and transform every course into a memorable sensory experience. The series travels across India’s vibrant culinary landscape, bringing limited-period, thoughtfully curated paired menus to both metropolitan and emerging cities such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, and Kolkata.

The journey begins on November 1 at The Lodhi in New Delhi, where Glenmorangie partners with Chef Ashish Sharma to unveil an immersive menu titled “Layers of Memory, Echoes of Oak.” Available from 1st to 15th of November and priced at INR 4999++ per person, the menu is inspired by the idea that both cuisine and whisky are vessels of memory. Each dish tells a story drawn from moments in the chef’s life, such as childhood walks, family dinners, and nostalgic flavours, all reinterpreted through refined culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients.

The tasting experience opens with an amuse bouche of Granny Smith apple, coconut cream, and green cardamom topped with a basil flower - a soft, tart, and aromatic prelude to what follows. The salad course offers a choice between Capri Essence, a minimalist celebration of mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, and basil oil, and Parma Bloom, which adds Parma ham to create a burst of savoury elegance. The pasta course, paired with Glenmorangie The Original 12 Years Old, invites diners to choose between Forest Fold, featuring porcini and portobello mushroom ravioli balanced by buttermilk foam, and Coastal Velvet, a lobster ravioli enveloped in a rich bisque and complemented by asparagus.

For the main course, paired with the star of the evening, Glenmorangie The Infinita 18 Years Old, guests can indulge in Roman Reverie, a baked Roman artichoke with garlic sauce and rocket leaves, or Rustic Gold, a slow-cooked chicken dish layered with corn purée, potato, and jus. Both pairings highlight Infinita’s mellow sweetness, dried fruit undertones, and honeyed complexity, deepening the harmony between the whisky’s oak-aged warmth and the dish’s earthy flavours. The meal culminates in a comforting Fig and Date Sticky Pudding paired with The Date & Fig Old Fashioned, a cocktail crafted with Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Years Old, date and fig syrup, and aromatic bitters - a finale that mirrors the whisky’s deep, spiced sweetness.

The Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Years Old embodies the brand’s signature balance of complexity and elegance. Crafted under the visionary leadership of Dr. Bill Lumsden, Director of Whisky Creation, The Infinita matures for 15 years in American oak bourbon casks, with a portion spending 3 additional years in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a whisky of infinite depth and harmony, revealing honeyed caramelized citrus, floral jasmine, and gentle spice with each sip. Distilled in Glenmorangie’s iconic giraffe-high stills, The Infinita is bottled at 43% ABV and presented in luxurious copper and blue packaging adorned with the infinity symbol - a fitting tribute to its endless layers of flavour and craftsmanship.
