Mumbai, 18th June 2025 – Sula Vineyards, India’s most visited and pioneering winery, just got closer than ever. With the newly extended stretch of the Samruddhi Mahamarg, travel time from Mumbai to Nashik has been drastically reduced transforming the wine tourism experience for urban travellers.
The new 6‑lane Samruddhi Mahamarg now connects Thane to Nashik in approximately 2 to 2½ hours, with the first 75 km (Thane–Igatpuri/Amane stretch) taking roughly 40–50 minutes. For those traveling from South Mumbai, the seamless route via the Coastal Road and Samruddhi Expressway trims around 45 minutes off travel time, offering a faster, smoother, and more scenic commute.
