A refreshed boutique experience unfolds with new menu offerings across chocolates, pâtisserie and savouries

 ITC Grand Chola announces the re-launch of Fabelle, the luxury chocolate brand, reintroduced in a fresh and vibrant new space with bold colours, contemporary accents and thoughtful details, designed to feel playful and premium.

 Along with handcrafted chocolates, the renewed menu brings together refined patisserie and savoury bakes, showcasing creations such as Salted Caramel and Hazelnut Éclairs, Dark Chocolate Espresso Éclairs, Forest Berry and Orange Choux, Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Tarts, Dark Chocolate and Orange Tarts and the Pistachio and Coffee Opera, complemented by Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt, Pistachio and Lime, and Passion Fruit and Saffron Macarons, indulgent Roast Almond Chocolate Florentines, Hazelnut and Dulce de Leche Cookies, Chocolate Coffee and Sea Salt Brownies. Dessert jars including Loaded Chocolate Mousse and Cheesecake with Apple Berry Compote; the savoury additions such as the Potato Ped Puff, Spinach Mushroom Feta Quiche, Smoked Chicken and Camembert Quiche and the Pulled Lamb and Jalapeño Roll.
