White Quinoa 75 gms

Black Quinoa 75 gms

Mango 100 gms

Honey 2 tbsp

Mustard 1 tbsp

Lemon 1 tbsp

White vinegar 1 tbsp

Arugula 25 gms

Kale 25 gms

Roasted Flaxseeds. 5 gms

Roasted watermelon Seeds. 5 gms

Hemp Seeds. 5 gms

Roasted Sesame Seeds. 5 gms

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds. 5 gms

Roasted Sunflower Seeds 5 gms

Salt to taste

Method:

Make a dressing of honey, mustard, white vinegar, lemon and salt.

Add both Quinoa’s, arugula and kale with it.

In the end add small cut mango pcs

Garnish with roasted 5 seeds and red raddish micro greens
