Even with the monsoons approaching, the mango season continues to garner attention, this time through cocktails at The Bandra Project. The aromatic and flavorful fruit has been given interesting twists by the mixologist Varun Sudhakar. The menu speaks about being experimental, progressive and delicious at the same time.
The menu has managed to infuse the mango and bring out the flavours in every possible form. Try the Bandra Sizzle, a succulent combination of mango in multiple dimensions with dark rum. For the gin lovers, go with the Empiric made with London dry Gin and delicious mango-cumin jam or the 3 friends, a bitter minty treat with raw mango skin infused skin. If you’re the one who likes to stick with classics, then sip on the seasonal version of the good old whisky sour -Mango Sour. For the teetotallers, we have the ever-green summer drink Aam Panna and King of Fruit, the classic combination of Mango fruit with yogurt.
