Marriott Suites Pune appoints General Manager – Mr. Saurabh Bharara

Mr. Saurabh Bharara has been appointed as the General Manager of Marriott Suites Pune, a five star all-suite hotel in Koregaon Park, Pune. Saurabh has an extensive experience of more than twenty years in the hospitality industry. His experience encompasses project management, strategic planning, resource utilization, revenue growth and guest experience enhancement.

During his last assignment, as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, Saurabh played a key role in guiding his team in transforming the hotel’s commercial performance, market profile and reputation. His strength lies in being able to manage a team from diverse locations and mental agility to find solutions to issues in a variety of markets.

Saurabh has been a part of the Marriott family since the last three years prior to which he has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels and Leela Hotels & Resorts.

An avid traveler, wine enthusiast, Arsenal Football Club supporter and old school rock music aficionado; Saurabh is a thorough family man and is excited to begin a new chapter in Pune.
