Maverick & Farmer Coffee Collaborates with The Konkan to Host a Mangalorean Christmas Breakfast Pop-Up

December 2023, Bangalore: This festive season, Maverick & Farmer Coffee is teaming up with The Konkan to present a tantalising Mangalorean Christmas Breakfast Pop-Up. Guests are invited to savour an array of traditional and contemporary flavours celebrating the spirit of Christmas priced at INR 1499 all-inclusive. Scheduled for Sunday, 10th December, the event will showcase Christmas delicacies found in Mangalorean homes, with dishes such as Pork Indad using jaggery and cashews that promise a delightful culinary experience. The menu includes refreshing beverages like the Kokum Cooler and a vibrant Green Salad along with signature Maverick & Farmer coffees to kick start the morning.

Patrons can indulge in the rich flavours of the Xmas Pork Indaad paired impeccably with creamy mashed potatoes. For those preferring poultry, the Roast Chicken with veggies is sure to tantalize taste buds. `Adding an interactive element to the feast, the live counter will offer Neer Dosa served with Chicken Rice Curry, allowing guests to witness the artistry of its preparation. The spread further features Sanna, Coriander & Coconut Chutney, and the delectable Tender Coconut Pudding for a sweet touch. The menu culminates with the cherished Purna Pole (Neer Dosa) served with jaggery and the classic Christmas Plum Cake.
