Maverick & Farmer Collaborates with Mommy’s Health Kitchen for a Healthful Harvestful Brunch

22 January 2024, Bangalore: Artisanal coffee brand Maverick & Farmer kicks off January by joining forces with  Mommy’s Health Kitchen for a brunch pop-up to bring patrons an endless array of personalized, delicious and nutritious treats. Savour the season's best with nourishing, delicious dishes crafted with Mommy’s Health Kitchen's signature wholesome touch. From artisanal whole wheat homemade french toast, a DIY parfait bar with signature granola to a colourful selection of health-boosting delicacies, every dish is curated for both taste and wellbeing. Priced at INR 1499 all-inclusive, the brunch will be available on Sunday, 28th of January 2024, at the Maverick & Farmer cafe in Ulsoor. 

In collaboration with Mommy’s Health Kitchen, the all-you-can-eat spread is made with locally sourced ingredients that are thoughtfully prepared to start Sunday refreshed. Beginning with Bagel Boards where one can choose from a variety of toppings such as eggs, salmon, ham, cream cheese, vegan cream cheese, onion jam, hummus and much more. The buffet also features a DIY Granola Parfait bar with Mommy’s Health Kitchen’s signature granolas - Chocolate Almond Granola and Honey Almond Granola with toppings such as fruits, seeds and dressings including a special Vegan Nutella. 

Those looking for a twist on a classic French quiche can indulge in a Vegetarian or Ham & Cheese Crustless breakfast Quiche. The brunch also includes four options of sliders to choose from including 

Vegan Black Bean, Beetroot Quinoa, Lamb and Chicken. 

On a sweeter note, guests can also savour wholewheat French Toast with Mommy’s Health Kitchen In-house Bread or Healthy Oat Pancakes accompanied by whipped cream, healthy Nutella, peanut butter, honey, berry compote and vegan chocolate chips.

Further spoiling guests with unlimited choices, there will be wholesome desserts such as Amaranth Banana Bread, Vegan Chocolate Cake Jars and Old-School Chocolate Cake and Ragi cookies. Paired with the breakfast will be Maverick & Farmer's refreshing hot or cold brews and fresh fruit juices.

The Breakfast Pop-Up will be a limited-seating event, promising an energetic and welcoming ambience alongside a plethora of nutritious breakfast dishes. Reservations are recommended to secure a spot for this pop-up.
