Beloved favourites like Mezze will have signature Chef’s touches like Pumpkin Hummus with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted Carrot Baba Ganoush, Muhammara, Labneh with Roasted Bell Peppers and a delightfully fresh Beetroot Tzatziki. Mains range from Moroccan Zatar Roast Pumpkin, Orange Cinnamon Glazed Pork Ribs, fresh Seabass Meuniere, Tiger Prawns …straight from the grill, finishing with a host of sweet treats like Mahalabia, Basboussa, Greek Orange Honey Cake, Saffron and Cherry Entremet and plenty more.
