Born in the middle of the pandemic, Ginkgo is a cloud kitchen run by one of the most prestigious hospitality families — the Kohlis. Set up by Mr Jaibir Singh Kohli, Director - Pritam Group of Hotels & Restaurants, Ginkgo operates out of the main kitchen at Hotel Midtown Pritam and serves up a lip-smacking variety of Pan-Asian fare.
Mr Jaibir Singh Kohli, a graduate from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, holds a BBA in International Hotel & Resort Development, Asset Management & Finance. Their Korean delicacies includeKorean Bulgogi, Korean Spicy Garlic Chicken, Korean Pork Bulgogi, Korean Tenderloin Bulgogi, and Korean Garlic Noodles.
“We had Ginkgo do a pop-up at MRP, one of our other restaurants. The food was so well-received that we decided to keep it on and continue serving Ginkgo's Asian delights there since it pairs well with drinks. With Ginkgo, we’ve brought our own Asian food experiences to the table to provide patrons with the ultimate pan-Asian culinary experience, at their fingertips. Apart from this, we’re exploring other pop-ups across the city, as well as a food truck in early 2022.”
