Chennai, October 1st, 2023: ITC Grand Chola paid obeisance to Mahatma Gandhi via a cleanliness activity ‘Swachhanajali to Bapu’, calling upon all conscious citizens to participate in a mega cleanliness drive on October 1st on the grounds of the BCG Staff Quarters, Chennai.
As part of the Responsibility Luxury initiative, the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ cleanliness drive had 35+ team members from ITC Grand Chola including guests of the premium property, working in tandem with the sweepers, cleaning the BCG Staff Quarters, equipped with eco-friendly gloves, bags, and biodegradable brooms. This initiative is part of the ‘Ek Taarekh, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’ campaign to commemorate Gandhi Jayanti, and is a run-up to the ‘Swachhata Pakhwada - Swachhata Hi Seva’ 2023 campaign.
