Mensho Tokyo has also introduced their all-new Winter Warming Ramen Bowls, that make for the perfect hearty accompaniments for frosty winter days and nights. The Goma Negi Ramen contains thin noodles, umami miso tare, a drizzle of sesame oil, and fresh spring onions. In addition to this, the Ramen also contains a huge portion of toasted sesame seeds, giving it a nutty and wholesome flavour, and comes with an option of a light chicken, or a vegan broth.

ABOUT MENSHO TOKYO

With a history that dates back to the year 2005, Mensho Tokyo was founded as Menya Shono by Chef Shono. Chef Shono refers back to the Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami back in 2011 when he packed his bags and team and shipped out to Ishimaki to help with relief efforts. That’s actually when he realized the impact of a bowl of hot ramen and he went on to use that motivation to focus on expanding the love and comfort of Ramen across Japan and abroad. He created a brand with one dish and an ethos that never compromised on quality, taste and flavour. 

Today, Mensho as a brand is known for real flavour, handmade noodles, a secret tare sauce and an unforgettable broth. The whole premise is - “Creating the ramen bowl of tomorrow” while delving into the world of “flavour and heart”. It is when Viren Khullar, a gourmand at heart tried Mensho for the first time in the United States and realized this was a concept missing from the culinary landscape back home. He, along with his Patissier wife Ms. Vidushi Sharma, brought Mensho Tokyo to the capital with a singular aim to introduce ‘real’ ramen to the city. They’ve invested in a state-of-the-art noodle machine, trained their staff under Chef Shono and adhered to stringent quality standards for all ingredients to create a product that can be equated with Ramen from Tokyo.
