Michelin Guide Restaurants’ now includes Farzi Cafe London

National, October 2019: Steak & Ale Pie with Tempered Dill Leaves. Amritsari Halibut ‘Fish & Chips’. Masala Wagyu Cottage Pie. Hardly the type of fare you would find at your average Indian fine dining restaurant. But then Farzi Café is about as unaverage as they come!

Farzi Cafe London has just been listed as a Michelin Guide Restaurant is less than 1 year of it having opened in London. A matter of pride for India and Indians residing abroad, this is a testament to the global legacy that Jiggs Kalra wanted to create. That the Michelin star has been awarded to a restaurant servicing Indian food is another feather in the cap for global Indian cuisine.
