Miss Margarita captivates the palate with a play of tastes & textures and is a perfect mix of Street Style Fajitas to Tequila prawns to skewers to scrumptious Tenderloin tacos. Choose from a range of appetizers like- Stuffed chili skewers in a roast chipotle & tomato sauce which is a Corn & black bean stuffing, charred chili, topped with melted cheese, Street Style Corn Elotes which is sweet corn on the cob topped with crumbled feta, spice rub, lime & coriander. If you are a meat lover then this menu has some lip-smacking options for you to try- Salsa Roja tequila Prawns which is a Flash tossed tomato, garlic, and onions, fresh jalapeno, cilantro-lime marinated prawns served with tortilla, Tenderloin Birria Taco, apan-seared crisp tortilla stuffed with pulled tenderloin braised to perfection, stringy Queso Blanco, onion & coriander salsa served with an ancho chili dipping consommé. Roast Buff & cilantro beans enchiladas, aTortilla rolled around a filling and covered with chili pepper sauce, with chunks of roast tenderloin, black beans & onions salsa, cheese & jalapeno, Pan Seared Pork tenderloin withRoasted peppers, onions, tomato, chipotle marinade, salsa, lime.
