MoMo Cafe presents Seafood Festival through coastal catches

The festival starts from 17th June and will go on till 21st June 2019

13th June Pune 2019: Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan is hosting a festival that would be a perfect delight for any sea food lover. Seafood- ie’s delight, the Seafood Festival will be held from June 17th- June 21st at Momo Café. The festival menu has been curated by Chef Sathish Reddy and he will dish out handpicked varieties of seafood.

The skilled culinary team of the hotel will prepare various seafood themed creations like PeriPeri Prawn Curry, Aloo Jhinga, Crab Masala, Pomfret Fish Curry, Kottayam Fish Curry and much more in the Indian preparations. Oriental preparations will have Drunken Fish, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, stir fry seafood with Pokchoey. Fish Florentines and Seafood Lasagne will be the preparations in continental. The dishes will be displayed at different food stations and live counters, emphasizing the diversified methods of preparation of fresh seafood.

A sumptuous feast of fish, prawns, and the more exotic and adventurous crab, and Pomfret, from mild to fragrant to downright fiery; the fest will be a great fare for foodies.
