Inspired by the divine scents from the Bombay Perfumery, Chef Alexis Gielbaum has curated a special menu paired with decadent Monkey 47 cocktails dedicated to these stimulating fragrances and the effect they can have on the palate.
This special menu will showcase canapés that encompass both rustic and contemporary flavors of France. Find the finest Juniper glazed Parsnip, Mango, Pine Nuts and Onion Jus Canapé paired with a cocktail of Monkey 47, Smoked Honey, Juniper, Mulberry and Black Pepper – inspired by the CALICUT fragrance.
Monkey 47, Cucumber, Mint and Lavender Bitters come together in a delicious cocktail to showcase the hints of the CHAI MUSK fragrance paired with a Tomme Cheese & Fig Canapé.
The third pairing brings to the palate the fragrance of SULAWESI with Monkey 47, Maple Cinnamon, Asafoetida, Lime and Egg Whites paired with Peated Whiskey soaked Prunes & Bacon Canapé.
The 1020 fragrance led to the creation of a Monkey 47, Thai Syrup, Gooseberry, Tamarind and Peychaud’s Bitters cocktail paired with a Glazed Balsamic Pineapple & Kaffir Lime Canapé.
For the final pairing, they have the sinful SEVEN ISLANDS showcased through the Monkey 47, Sweet Lime, Chocolate and Sparkling Wine cocktail paired with the decadent Banana & Money 47 Ice Cream with Crispy Orange Zest Canapé.
