From our monsoon menu, guests can indulge in an extravagant spread specially curated for you which includes an extensive spread of Cantonese cuisine consisting of Lamb Roll accompanied with black Pepper, the light and flavourful Wrapped Chicken in Pak Choi served along with Szechuan Sauce, the monsoon favourite Shanghai Siew Long Bun with Chicken, the comforting Vegetarian Poached Peking Dumpling, hearty Pan-Seared Pork served with Sesame Bun, and Fried Turnip Cake accompanied with Green Vegetables.
