Building upon the success of its acclaimed breakfast offerings, Brik Oven’s new additions aim to redefine the art of breakfast indulgence, providing a wholesome and sunny-side-up start to the day. Beginning November 15th, the menu also features for the first time ever, soft bagels.
The soft bagel sandwiches are the highlight of the menu including the Soft Bagel Egg Salad Sandwich, a perfect creamy egg salad which is nestled between a soft, toasted bagel. This sandwich promises to be a comforting morning treat that is sure to delight breakfast enthusiasts. The menu features a classic cream cheese soft bagel for those that like it straight and simple. Also making a comeback are old-school favourites such as the Danish Blue toastie and the Smoked Ham Bagel along with Brik Oven’s signature sourdough sandwiches. Served alongside the new breakfast menu comes a new line of coffees to wash down the grub, including Cold Brew Cream cheese latte and Ginger Cheong Cold Brew.
For those with a sweet tooth, the ever-famous beignets are a mouthwatering treat that combines classic French pastry with a delectable twist. Served with a choice of zesty lemon curd or sumptuous Nutella, these fluffy bites promise a symphony of flavours to kickstart the day.
These mouthwatering offerings perfectly complement the existing menu, maintaining its reputation for quality, taste, and innovation using an array of Brik’s house-made deli products.
