A people’s person and adept in pre-openings and business turn-around, Neelabh Chugh is the newly appointed General Manager of Renaissance Ahmedabad – a premium brand of Marriott International.

Neelabh comes with an experience of over 2 decades across hospitality operations and hotel openings.

With his roots firmly planted in Food and Beverage Division, Neelabh has a keen interest and knowledge of MICE and Rooms Division management. Chef at heart and a marathoner, Neelabh loves driving, exploring new places and cuisines.

During his professional journey has gathered experience in both various luxury resorts and business hotels. In his varied experience, he started his career as a chef in New Delhi, worked his way into Restaurants, events and F&B operations, in reputed brands like IHG, Hyatt, Radisson and lebua Hotels, in multiple destinations across the country. He started his Marriott journey in 2018 and launched a Fairfield in Sriperumbudur, and established it to an enviable market leader position in his previous assignment, with the additional charge of Fairfield by Marriott OMR Chennai.

A Royal Enfield lover, Neelabh is a curious soul who is always on a discovery mode.
