Alila Fort Bishangarh, a 235-year-old warrior fort turned luxury retreat, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Eklavya Kalra as the Associate Director of Sales.
A seasoned hospitality professional, Eklavya brings over 12 years of rich experience and a proven track record in luxury sales and relationship management. An alumnus of IHM Lucknow, he has worked with prestigious hospitality brands including Accor, IHG, Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, Radisson, and The Park. His most recent assignment was with Novotel New Delhi City Centre.

Known for his optimism and thoughtful approach, Eklavya describes himself as self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, watching movies, and listening to music. Despite his introverted nature, he thrives on meaningful human connections—qualities that align seamlessly with the soul of Alila and the spirit of slow luxury.
