Alila Fort Bishangarh is delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Pankaj Kumar as its new Executive Chef.
A native of Dehradun, Chef Pankaj brings over 14 years of culinary experience, having honed his skills across India's most prestigious luxury hotel brands including ITC, Taj, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, and Hyatt. Prior to joining Alila Fort Bishangarh, he served as Executive Chef at Alila Diwa Goa.
A passionate culinarian, biker, and photographer, Chef Pankaj is known for his grounded personality and his pursuit of small joys in daily life. His personal motto, "Miles to go before I sleep," speaks to his relentless passion for growth and excellence. Whether riding long trails or perfecting a plate, his dedication to craft is evident in every aspect of his life.
