September 2025, New Delhi: Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Harsh Bhatt as the new Director of Security. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in security management, Mr. Bhatt brings with him extensive expertise in safeguarding luxury hotels, large commercial complexes, and high-footfall destinations, along with a proven track record of building robust security frameworks.

Mr. Bhatt’s professional journey includes leadership roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts, DLF Cyber City, and most recently 32ND Vistas Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded security operations across multiple sites. Over the years, he has led high-profile initiatives such as NSG-led anti-terror drills, crisis and disaster management programs, and large-scale event security. He has also been recognised with prestigious accolades, including the PAM India Award for Extraordinary Community Service.

Known for his proactive leadership style and deep knowledge of crisis management, fraud prevention, and business continuity planning, Mr. Bhatt has successfully developed and executed comprehensive security strategies that prioritise both guest and colleague safety. His certifications include CSP (Certified Security Professional), IOSH, and multiple advanced programs in safety, intelligence, and risk management.
