Atmosphere Core Recognises Top Talent Nasrulla Mohamed, Sribanta Acharya, and Leroy Colin Dias Elevated to Resort Manager Roles

India, 24 February 2025 – In a dynamic industry where talent and leadership define guest experiences, Atmosphere Core continues to invest in its people. The fast-growing hospitality group, operating nine resorts across the Maldives, proudly announces three significant promotions.

 Leading the way in their new roles are Sribanta Acharya, promoted to Resort Manager at OBLU SELECT Sangeli; Nasrulla Mohamed, promoted to Resort Manager for both OBLU SELECT Lobigili and OBLU Xperience Ailafushi; and Leroy Colin Dias, promoted to Resort Manager at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI. Additionally, Varinder Preet Singh rises to the position of Executive Assistant Manager at OBLU SELECT Lobigili and OBLU Xperience Ailafushi.

Nasrulla Mohamed, with over two decades in hospitality, has established himself as a dynamic leader, blending operational expertise with an innate understanding of guest expectations. His tenure with Atmosphere Core began in 2015 at OBLU NATURE Helengeli as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, followed by key roles in the successful launches of OZEN LIFE MAADHOO and OBLU SELECT Sangeli. His leadership as Island Chief at the 68-villa, adults-only OBLU SELECT Lobigili helped position the resort as a standout destination, earning international acclaim. In his new role, he is spearheading operations across two distinct properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences while nurturing his team’s growth.

Sribanta Acharya, a valued member of Atmosphere Core since 2016, has steadily risen through the ranks, demonstrating a keen eye for operational excellence and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. His leadership at OBLU SELECT Sangeli, where he oversees 137 villas and a team of over 300 professionals, has cemented the resort’s reputation for world-class service. His journey within Atmosphere Core began as part of the OZEN LIFE MAADHOO pre-opening team before moving on to the OBLU SELECT Sangeli pre-opening team. Later, he played a crucial role as Island Chief during the launch of OBLU SELECT Lobigili before returning to Sangeli as Executive Assistant Manager in 2022. With a strong background in strategic operations and problem-solving, Sribanta is well-positioned to drive the resort’s continued success.

 Leroy Colin Dias, an accomplished hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, joined Atmosphere Core in 2021 as Director of Food & Beverage at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI. With over 15 years of industry experience spanning renowned luxury brands, Leroy has been instrumental in driving guest satisfaction and operational success. His leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to foster high-performing teams led to his promotion to Executive Assistant Manager in 2024. Now, as Resort Manager, Leroy will bring his expertise in service excellence, revenue growth, and team empowerment to further enhance the resort’s reputation. With a strong background in curating exceptional dining experiences and elevating service standards, he is well-positioned to lead with vision and innovation in his new role.

Varinder Preet Singh, newly appointed Executive Assistant Manager at OBLU SELECT Lobigili and OBLU Xperience Ailafushi, has been part of the Atmosphere Core family since 2016. Starting as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO, he honed his expertise in guest satisfaction and operations. His leadership at Atmosphere Kanifushi and VARU by Atmosphere has strengthened guest services and operational efficiency. In his new role, he will drive strategic development and operational excellence across both resorts.
