Balaji Sarovar Premiere, Solapur proudly welcomes Vivek Joshi as its new General Manager. With an impressive career spanning over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Vivek brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A graduate of IHM Bhopal and an MBA holder, Vivek has held key leadership positions across internationally renowned hotel brands, including RHG and IHG. His most recent assignment was as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi, an IHG Hotel. Throughout his career, Vivek has successfully led Business, Leisure and Convention Hotels across Luxury, Premium and Service segments.

He is widely respected for his strategic approach to operations efficiency, commercial growth, financial performance and building a strong people-centric culture. Known for his expertise in experiential hospitality and transformational leadership, Vivek has also led several successful pre-openings, re-openings, and renovation projects, with a consistent record of revenue achievement.

Commenting on his new role, Vivek said, “I am honoured to join the prestigious and only upper-upscale hotel in Solapur.
