Bengaluru, September 15th, 2025 - Clarks Exotica Convention Resort and Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Debanjana as Senior Human Resources & Training Manager. With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in the hospitality industry, Debanjana brings a wealth of expertise in human resources, training, and operations to her new role.
Debanjana holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management & Hotel Administration from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Bhubaneswar and completed her Post Graduation from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Her foundational expertise lies in Food & Beverage operations, which has provided her with a deep understanding of service excellence and operational efficiency.
Throughout her distinguished career, Debanjana has worked with renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt Hotels, Specialty Restaurant, and Passcode Hospitality, gaining invaluable exposure to global hospitality standards and diverse operational models. In 2021, she transitioned into academia by joining the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) Bengaluru as a Food & Beverage Faculty member, where she shared her industry expertise with aspiring hospitality professionals.
Following her academic experience, Debanjana joined Sarovar Hotels as an Assistant Training Manager and demonstrated remarkable career progression, advancing to the role of HR Manager. During her tenure, she successfully implemented comprehensive training programs, streamlined HR processes, and contributed significantly to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
In her new role at Clarks Exotica, Debanjana will lead the resort's human resources strategy, develop innovative training programs, and foster a positive organizational culture that promotes both employee development and exceptional guest experiences. This culture is rooted in collaboration, respect, and inclusivity, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
