With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Anuj brings a wealth of strategic insight to the role and brings a proven track record of operational excellence, people-first leadership, and a guest-centric approach.
His leadership has been widely recognized within the industry. Anuj was named General Manager of the Year at HOSI 2020, and also received the Accor India General Manager of the Year award in 2018. He has been a RiiSE Champion for Diversity & Inclusion for India & South Asia from 2018 to 2025, reflecting his commitment to building inclusive workplaces and empowering diverse talent within the hospitality industry.
At Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort, Anuj will be responsible for spearheading the resort’s strategic direction, enhancing guest experiences, and leading the team into its next phase of growth.
