Bengaluru, October 3rd, India – Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is pleased to announce the appointment of Vineet Kumar as Front Office Director. With over 14 years of extensive hospitality experience across leading international brands, Vineet brings a wealth of expertise in front office operations, guest relations and leadership. In his new role he will oversee the hotel’s front office operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and driving the highest standards of hospitality.

 Vineet joins Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal from his recent role as Rooms Division Manager at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore where he was responsible for leading guest services and front office operations. His career includes progressive leadership roles at esteemed properties such as Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad, Jaipur Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Radisson Blu GRT Chennai and The Lalit Grand Palace Srinagar. His journey is marked by operational excellence, team development and consistently achieving high guest satisfaction scores.

 A recipient of several accolades, Vineet has been recognized with the Unsung Hero of the Year 2024 and Exceptional Performance of the Year 2023 awards at Sheraton Indore alongside multiple recognitions as Manager of the Month at Sheraton Hyderabad. His consistent performance, including achieving top scores in audits and guest satisfaction metrics, reflects his dedication to quality service and his ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

 Vineet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Punjab University. He is passionate about travelling, driving, listening to music and connecting with new people. He believes that his academic foundation, coupled with his personal interests, not only nurtures creativity and resilience but also enhances his ability to relate to guests from diverse backgrounds, adding a personal touch to his leadership style.
