With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Chef Suresh Krishnaswamy brings a wealth of expertise shaped across some of India’s most celebrated hospitality brands, including The Leela Palace Kempinski, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, GRT Grand, Accord Metropolitan, and Holiday Inn Salem. A specialist in South Indian cuisine, his culinary philosophy is grounded in regional integrity, refined technique, and contemporary presentation.
Renowned for curating immersive and high-impact food festivals, Chef Suresh has led acclaimed showcases such as Chettinad, Kongunadu, Nagercoil, Kerala, Coorg, Mangalorean, Seafood and Tri-Golden Food Festivals, along with an international culinary representation at the Indian Food Festival in Busan, South Korea. His repertoire reflects a seamless blend of tradition, innovation, and guest-centric storytelling.
A strategic leader with strong operational acumen, Chef Suresh is known for driving food cost efficiencies, maintaining stringent HACCP and FSSAI standards, executing large-scale themed gala dinners, celebrity catering, TNPL outdoor events, and high-volume festive productions. His experience in pre-opening projects, bulk operations, and team development underscores his ability to scale excellence while maintaining precision.
