With nearly a decade of experience in finance across prestigious international hotel brands, Ms. Jadhav brings exceptional expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic reporting.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, Ms. Jadhav served as Finance Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where she oversaw MIS reporting, statutory compliance, vendor management, and internal audits. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles with JW Marriott Pune and Doubletree by Hilton, Goa, where she built strong capabilities in financial planning, reconciliation, and process optimization.

A Commerce postgraduate, Ms. Jadhav is known for her leadership, service-focused approach, and commitment to operational excellence.
