Sachin’s career includes leadership roles with renowned brands such as Marriott International, Jumeirah, Kempinski, Hilton, and One&Only. His diverse exposure has shaped his empathetic approach, focus on innovation, and dedication to building inclusive, high-performing cultures.

In his recent role as Hotel Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield, he strengthened owner relations, enhanced guest satisfaction, navigated evolving business needs, and championed sustainability and associate engagement initiatives.

An adventurer at heart, Sachin has summited Everest Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Elbrus, embodying resilience and determination. His guiding motto, inspired by Nims Purja’s 14 Peaks, reflects his spirit: “Giving up is not in my blood.”
