Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alok Kumar Tiwari as Front Desk Manager. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and a deep understanding of front-office operations, Alok brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and guest-centric service excellence to his new role.
An alumnus of Sambalpur University, Alok holds a BSc.degree along with a diploma in Aviation and Hospitality from the Air Hostess Academy. His career journey includes key positions at prestigious properties such as Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad, Wyndham Shela Ahmedabad, and Ramada Egmore Chennai. His international exposure includes a notable tenure at the Salalah Rotana Resort, Oman, where he was part of the pre-opening team.
Known for his strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and ability to deliver personalized guest experiences, Alok has also been recognized with multiple awards, including Employee of the Month and contributions to pre-opening task forces such as Ritz-Carlton Bangalore.
In his new capacity, Alok will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, mentoring front office associates, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences at Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi.
