A specialist in pre-openings and culinary innovation, Chef Ranjeet has left an indelible mark across some of the country’s top hospitality brands including JW Marriott Goa, W Goa, Radisson Gwalior and Courtyard by Marriott Gorakhpur. His appointment signals a new chapter for Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi, where the focus is on crafting exceptional dining experiences that are rooted in authenticity and elevated by contemporary finesse.

Renowned for his mastery of Modern European and Indian cuisine, Chef Ranjeet’s menus are an experience in themselves—balanced, flavourful and artistically presented. With a keen eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of guest preferences, he curates dishes that are not just meals but stories on a plate. From menu engineering and cost control to food safety and team leadership, his dynamic approach is both holistic and forward-thinking.

Chef Ranjeet’s culinary journey began at IHM Gwalior, where he graduated at the top of his class—laying a strong academic and technical foundation that continues to shape his professional excellence. Over the years, his commitment to the craft has earned him multiple recognitions including the Every Moment Matters Awards (2019 & 2020), Manager of the Month, and Employee of the Month. During the pandemic, he also stepped up to serve over 10,000 people—a testament to his deeply rooted sense of hospitality and service.

Beyond hotel kitchens, Chef Ranjeet has demonstrated his entrepreneurial flair by co-founding Erica Café and Erica Agro Tech, both of which reflect his passion for sustainable practices and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
