Surat, December 2025: Courtyard by Marriott Surat has announced the appointment of E. Srinivasa Rao as its new Executive Housekeeper. With almost three decades of extensive experience in housekeeping operations across leading hospitality brands, Rao brings with him a strong foundation in service quality, team development, and operational excellence.

Rao began his hospitality journey in 1997 and has steadily built a distinguished career through dedication, hands-on management, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles at ITC Welcom Hotel Grand Bay, and most recently Park Inn by Radisson Surat. In his new role at Courtyard by Marriott Surat, Rao will oversee the hotel’s housekeeping division, driving quality, implementing brand standards, strengthening team capabilities, and ensuring an exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort for guests.
