His career spans across leading hotel brands such as Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels and Radisson Hotels.

In his previous roles, Gautam led his team to achieve exceptional results. His expertise in enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing processes, and driving performance has been instrumental in setting new benchmarks in service delivery.
