Courtyard by Marriott Surat Appoints Nilesh Shukla as Human Resources Manager

Surat, November 2025 - Courtyard by Marriott Surat is pleased to announce the appointment of Nilesh Shukla as the Human Resources Manager.

With over a decade of rich experience across renowned hospitality brands, Nilesh brings deep expertise in people management, training, and organizational development. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Surat, he served as Associate Director – Human Resources at The Clarks Hotel & Resort (Pride Hospitality). His professional journey also includes key roles at Royal Orchid Hotels and The Palms Beach Hotel & Spa.

In his new role, Nilesh will be responsible for driving associate engagement, fostering a culture of learning and inclusion, and strengthening the hotel’s human capital strategy.
