John joined the hotel as Director of Operations and brings with him over 16 years of valuable experience in the hospitality industry. His career includes key operational roles with renowned hotel brands such as ITC Gardenia Bangalore, Holiday Inn Chennai, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. Before rejoining the property, he served as Unit Head at ITC Hotels & Resorts in Dharamshala.

John’s extensive background and hands-on leadership style are expected to strengthen the hotel’s operational performance and guest experience. His familiarity with the brand and his results-driven approach make him well-suited to lead the team through its next phase of growth.
