National, 24th July 2025:DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, Panaji is delighted to welcome Madhusudan Kumar as the new Food & Beverage Manager. Bringing over 13 years of rich experience in the hospitality sector, Kumar offers a results-oriented mindset and a strategic approach, focused on enhancing guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. 

Having held leadership roles at reputed brands including Grand Mercure Mysore, Novotel & Ibis Bengaluru, and Hyatt Regency Mumbai, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in operational management, revenue optimization, and service innovation. In previous roles, Kumar was instrumental in implementing quality assurance systems, curating impactful dining concepts, and mentoring high-performing teams.

In this new role, Kumar will oversee all food and beverage operations at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, Panaji, focusing on elevating guest satisfaction, streamlining service standards, and introducing progressive marketing strategies tailored to the evolving tastes of today’s travelers.
