DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad Appoints Kritika Arora as HR Manager

Pune, India – September 2025 – DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad is delighted to announce the appointment of Kritika Arora as the new Human Resources Manager. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Learning, and Quality Assurance across leading hospitality brands, Kritika brings a wealth of expertise in building strong organizational cultures, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent development.

Kritika’s distinguished career spans key positions with Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride.

She is also no stranger to DoubleTree by Hilton Pune, where she earlier contributed as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training, successfully supporting HR strategies and audits. Most recently, she served as Learning Manager at Hyatt, Ahmedabad, where she led talent and training initiatives, enhancing organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and has undertaken certifications in Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, POSH, and Quality Assurance.
