Mumbai, 24^th October 2025:Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has promoted Mr. Vikram Doshi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to the Board of Directors as Director (Finance), recognizing his strategic leadership and critical contributions to the company’s financial and operational growth.

Based in Mumbai, Mr. Doshi has been associated with Eco Hotels for over two and a half years and has been a cornerstone of the company’s financial management.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (with 8^th ran AIR) and is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College.
