Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield Appoints Ishita Ganguly as Hotel Manager

Bengaluru, July 2025– Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Ishita Ganguly as Hotel Manager.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience, Ishita brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise across some of the world’s most reputed hotel brands including Marriott International, IHG, Accor, and Hyatt.

An alumna of the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore, she began her career as a Corporate Management Trainee at Park Hyatt Chennai and has since held prominent leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Accor's Global Sales Office – West India, Ibis Mumbai Cluster, and Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. Most recently, she served as the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where she was recognized as Sales Rising Star – Leader at Marriott International’s Elite Awards 2024.

With over a decade of expertise in sales and revenue management, Ishita has consistently driven commercial success and delivered strong top-line performance across diverse market landscapes.

She is recognized for her strategic acumen, energetic leadership, and forward-thinking approach to guest experience and operational excellence. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in travelling and discovering new places.
