Join us in welcoming Abhishek Madaan as the Head Chef at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur. Bringing with him over 18 years of rich culinary experience across leading hospitality brands in India and overseas, Chef Abhishek returns to the property after successfully leading its pre-opening culinary strategy. During that phase, he played a pivotal role in concept development, menu engineering, team building, and establishing robust SOPs that continue to shape the hotel’s culinary identity.
He has held senior roles with RHG, Sarovar Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International, and is known for his blend of innovation, operational discipline, and a strong guest-first approach.
In his new role, Chef Abhishek will focus on elevating menu innovation, driving consistency, strengthening hygiene standards, and crafting memorable dining experiences for guests.
