He began his career as a lecturer and training officer before moving into hospitality, where he has worked with leading brands such as Sarovar Hotels, The Lalit, Accor, and Hyatt Hotels across multiple locations in India. Over the years, Sudipta has held key leadership roles in training, L&D, and human resources, most recently serving as HR Manager at Taj Hotels.

Known for his approachable leadership style, ability to connect with people, and commitment to developing future leaders, Sudipta will now drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and culture-building at Fairfield Kolkata, further strengthening the hotel’s focus on people-first values.
